Photography services can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled session date. Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy. If there is a major failure with our services, you are entitled to a refund regardless of timing. A major failure occurs when the services are substantially unfit for purpose, create an unsafe situation, or differ significantly from what was described.
We understand that circumstances may require rescheduling. Services can be rescheduled at no additional charge if requested at least 48 hours before the original session date. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

All digital images and photography files are delivered electronically. Once delivered, these products cannot be returned. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your financial institution. We will notify you once the refund has been processed.
If you simply change your mind about our services (and there is no fault with the services), our standard cancellation policy applies. However, if you change your mind before the photography session and cancel 48+ hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.
Change of mind refunds do not apply to completed services where images have been delivered, unless the services fail to meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
Gift vouchers and prepaid service packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Refunds for unused gift vouchers are available within 7 days of purchase if you change your mind. After 7 days, gift vouchers are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
