vraxylonquixl provides professional portrait and product photography services from our West Perth studio and on-location throughout the Perth metropolitan area. All services are subject to availability and will be provided according to agreed specifications and timelines as set out in your service agreement or booking confirmation.
We warrant that our services will be provided with due care and skill, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Services will be fit for the disclosed purpose and match any description provided.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as agreed. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or booking confirmation. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), or PayPal.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due before or on the day of the photography session, as specified in your booking confirmation. Late payment may result in additional fees or cancellation of services.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services repaired or replaced if the services fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These consumer guarantees apply in addition to any other rights and remedies you may have under Australian law.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Rescheduling is free if requested 48+ hours in advance, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a rescheduling fee.
Your rights to a refund or replacement for a major failure are not limited by our cancellation policy and are protected under Australian Consumer Law. For full details, see our Return Policy.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, vraxylonquixl retains copyright to all images created during photography sessions. Clients receive usage rights as specified in their service agreement or booking confirmation. Standard packages include personal and commercial usage rights for the images provided. Extended commercial usage, sublicensing, or exclusive rights may require additional licensing fees.
If your photography session includes identifiable individuals, you are responsible for obtaining necessary model releases and permissions. We can provide model release forms upon request.
If you provide images to us for editing or use in your project, you warrant that you have the right to provide such images and grant us a license to use them for the purposes of providing our services.

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, except for the consumer guarantees provided under the ACL. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be notified by posting the updated terms on this website with an updated "Last updated" date.
